ONE OF THE BEST

 Valentine's Day honors the bond and relationship between people. It is a day that teaches us how to express our love, care, and respect for anyone important in our lives. It makes us feel good about our loved ones. It also emphasizes the significance of the happiness we experience when we are with those who are important to us. So, this is what happened on the 14th day of February in my life.  

    

    

First, I didn't follow the dress code in our school; actually, I wanted to wear red because I am surrounded by love, not only by my family but also by my friends, and for that one specific person, I wore a uniform because my friends said so. Second, one of my friends gave me chocolates; actually, I didn't expect them because this is the first time I'd received a gift from someone. My heart at that time felt surreal—the feeling that someone remembered you. Third, I gave my friends a random gift. I don't know what to give them, but I remember those small things we talked about, and I got an idea for that one. Even though it's not that expensive, it came from my heart, and I hope they'll appreciate it. Fourth, I gave a letter to one person; it was a rush letter because I thought at the time that he would not accept it. After all, it was not an expensive gift, or he would not love it because it was just a handwritten letter, but unexpectedly, he loved it, and he said to me that he'll treasure it forever. Fifth, that one specific person gave me a gift and a letter. I think he remembers what I always said: that I wanted handwritten letters, so he gave me one, and I appreciated it. I told him that a letter was enough for me, but he said that what he gave me was not enough to show me how important I am to him. Lastly, we gave flowers and cake to my parents; it's just a simple gift, but for them, loving each other in the family is the most priceless gift we give and receive from each other.

 

    I might say that this is one of the best Valentines in my life because I met new people who make me feel so much love. At first, I didn't want to welcome new people into my life, but unexpectedly, I accepted these people without knowing that they were the ones who would complete the piece that was missing in me. I'm lucky that these people love me so much and I'll treasure them forever
