3er TRIMESTRE

  As a student, it is easy to become overwhelmed by the endless amount of work/activities that needs to be done in order to reach the end of a school year. I believe that one of the most helpful things to do when feeling overwhelmed is to take a step back and look at the positive and important effects of every action I take.

  When I am feeling discouraged, I remind myself that the hard work I am doing now will be beneficial in the journey of my life. My current academic studies are laying the groundwork for a future career, and the hard work I am putting in now will help me to reach my future goals. This helps to motivate me to continue studying and to push through the challenges. 

  In addition to looking at the positive side, I also try to keep a positive attitude. Seeing the challenges I face as an opportunity to grow and learn helps me to stay focused and motivated.

  Finally, I try to focus on the process of learning, rather than the end product. When I focus on the knowledge I am acquiring, rather than simply the grade I will receive at the end, it makes me appreciate the learning process more.

  Moving on, these three strategies have helped me to stay motivated during the third quarter and continue studying. I believe that having a positive outlook and focusing on the important effects.
